Me and this guy have been hanging out with each other for about a month now, and I'm really starting to like him. He is very different from other guys that I usually go for in that he isn't pushy or cocky in any way. I found out from a couple of his friends that he has never had a girlfriend before, soo at first I was a little hesitant considering that he might not want a girlfriend right now either. He asked me out on a date on vday and it was a lot of fun. I sometimes get confused however because he rarely does text me, and somtimes we just don't talk for a couple days. He says he "sucks at texting" and I know he isn't the type of guy that texts all the time cause he told me that one day when I asked him. Anyyyway, at a party we were at a couple days ago I had to ask him where he thought this was going to go because I was confused on how he felt towards me... I knew I liked him, but I wanted to know what he thought. When I asked him he said " I'm having a lot of funn with you, and I think we should see where this goes". He didn't really answer my question however, as I sorta hinted at the fact that maybe we should be exclusive. We just have this spark when we kiss, and I've actually never felt this way towards a guy before, just for the fact that he is so inexperienced in the dating scene. Should I be concerned with this answer? Also, he hasn't talked to me since we had our talk.. which also concerns me a little bit. Its only been the 2nd day but I'm not sure how to handle that. Should I stay away? Or do I have nothing to be worried about?
He's not use to a relationship and having to give attention to someone. He probably does like you but might be scared about showing to much affection or just isn't the type. Try asking him out a few times. Just be relaxed and I know its hard but think of him as a guy friend.
