After talking to a girl for a month and you know that you get along GRATE, have the same interests, and the chemistry is off the hook! How long do you wait to ask her to be your girlfriend?
It is really a case by case basis... I have dated girls for months and never made anything official... But I have also be so taken back by a girl that it was a couple weeks before I wanted to have her be mine... If everything is as great as you say, I don't think it will be long... With it already being a month I think it is appropriate to drop some hints or have the convo... Just don't puts lots of pressure on it...

Guys usually don't ask girls out that quickly unless they want something or REALLY like them. So I am going to guess 2 weeks at the least, 2 months at the most. Anything more or less will most likely not work out.
But if you feel its right.. GO FOR IT!
