Well.. I was in this type of situation not long ago... I secretly dated my brother's good friend behind his back. It's a sticky situation. After exchanging phone numbers off facebook (of all places), we decided to go out for a drink. He felt very strongly about telling my brother before we went out, but I didn't think it was such a good idea. I mean it was only a date!! After convincing him to take me out without telling my bro, the dating kept on going. We went out about 3 or 4 times. Anyways, before I tell you the longest story in the world...We both decided not to continue seeing each other anymore. It turned out to be more of a physical attraction to one another, and we really didn't "click". So, in the end my advice is to take her out a few times and see if you guys really click. But don't let your sibling find out. Keep it quiet until you decide if you want things to progress from just a few dates. It will keep things less complicated if things don't progress for you. But just be careful! Don't take her out in the city you live in lol If you decide you really do like her then tell your sibling. Just make sure it's something you really want, because it can be a conflicting situation for the three of you. Good luck
Just ask your sibling to help you out or you could just happen to show up when that person is at your house I do that all the time with my brother's friends.
If she's only acquaintances, it won't matter much even if the relationship doesn't work out. If you both want to date, you should go for it. Just know that your sister might be against it, since she might know something about the person that you don't.
Ok, about a year and half ago, my half-sister and her boyfriend had broken up. Lately, we've been talking. Is it ok for me to go with him?

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
I think every first date needs to be different but I will generalize. I think starting off some where fun like events, parks, or beaches to chat and learn about one another. Then head to a coffee shop to warm up sitting next to the fire. Then head out to eat if we feel up to it. Ask if she would like to ride on my motorcycle. Stop some where romantic chat for away then drive her home.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
That I like the outdoors, I can chat about anything over a cup of coffee. She will learn about me and what I like to do and then she will learn how much I love riding my motorcycle.
