Guys... Is it weird dating a tomboy? Like, a 'hoodie & basketball shorts' kind of girl?

-for 1 love a girl in a hoody, if my girlfriend doesn't have any I let her wear mine XD
-sweatpants are hot , enough said
-t shirts look cute
-not sure on the basketball shorts
-sneakers look nice with the right outfit
-a nice smelling perfume catches my attention
-light make up is much better than having it caked on
-nice hair is always attractive
-and that about it =D

Itz cool but I usually think they're gay only because the whole girls basketball team dressed like that all the time and like a good percentage of them came out saying they were gay but tomboys aren't bad but I usually don't go after them because of that

nah nothing wrong with dating a tomboy, except when the girl overdoes it, and doesn't like to be feminine in any sense. Don't get me wrong I've seen some women look hella right in some sweats, but like for instance basketball shorts? nah lady, you can be like mike anywhere you want except when you're with me lol. Dressin like a straight up dude non-stop is not sexy and in fact is a turn-off. And then in the bedroom, you don't bring that feminine sex appeal by looking the least bit provocative...? nah that's a deal breaker, lol I'm sorry.

sweat pants are good

hoodies are ok

t-shirts are good-bad depending on what kind it is (if its loose fitting than bad)

basketball shorts are bad when ur not playing sports

sneakers- personally I don't like them, but I guess they are ok

Personally I prefer the girl who dresses like a girly girl, but doesn't act like one. that's the ultimate girl.

This I like. She can play sports or run and chase me whenever. After she is still a girl at heart.

I agree with liamkarl that there’s something about a girl in a hoodie that’s adorable. T-shirts are also cute in a lot of instances. I barely look at anyone’s shoes, so I wouldn’t notice the sneakers for a while, and when I do notice them, I wouldn’t think there’s anything off-putting about them. Perfume can smell nice, as long as too much isn’t applied. I also prefer girls who wear little or no makeup to girls who wear tons of it. I’d rather see the natural beauty of her face than 10 pounds of makeup.

The only time I could see not wearing dresses or anything feminine would be at really formal events like weddings and funerals.

I have a soft spot for tomboys, so I wouldn't feel awkward in the slightest about dating one. Besides, I'd prefer a girl to dress comfortably than in skimpy clothing that leaves little to the imagination.

Comfortable clothes are definitely attractive. Too many girls wear what they think they're supposed to, rather than what they actually want to.

For me, clothing-style is much overrated, as long as it suits whatever occasion is at hand. For everyday wear, my only criteria is that the clothes in question are clean. Guess maybe I'm a minimalist in this, as I'm much more interested in the quality of the person I'm with, than what her taste in clothing is. Hoodies and sweatpants seem good to me, especially if someone I happen to love is inside them..

TOMboys are hot. these are the ride or die girls...the REAL girls that have awesome personalities. Any guy who doesn't want a tomboy has a huge insecurity about needing to have a very feminine girl with him to exagerate his masculinity. aww what a fa*. TOMBOYS AREthe sh*t

I'm a tomboy, but I have to say exchange the sweats and basket ball shorts for some jeans and normal knee length cargo shorts. Unless you are lounging about the house, or ARE in the midst of playing sports I think for either sex going around like that is sloppy. Plus jeans/cargo shorts are more versatile. For example, you can go to the park and not worry about flimsy clothes ripping or getting stained in the underbrush.

nice to hear that guys are into tomboys but you never know sometimes, some guys change. as long as a girl is beautiful for real, she can be a tomboy or a girly girl and still get boys

I'm not a guy but I'm having my say anyway lol. Everyone is attracted to different things so obviously there will be guys who would rather have a really feminine girl but there are also gonna be the same amount of guys who prefer girls that dress like you! And every guy that I know loves it when girls wer hoodies and other sweats.
