There's this boy who I really like a lot. We talk a lot we flirt with each other all the time, and he gives me kisses on the cheek and holds me from behind when we walk. I know he likes me. But there's one problem he's like 2 years younger than me. Is it wrong to try to pursue a younger guy or should I just stop messing around with him like that and just be friends with him.

It's not wrong. But you'll probably find that there will be difficulties, because of his lack of maturity. So, yes you can do it, but just don't be surprised if something a little disappointing happens.
