What's your definition of a "good guy"? Do your picky-ness go beyond physical appearances? I know many men that are picky, and most are now in serious relationships with girls you wouldn't guess they'd look twice at. They aren't settling either - they just realize the importance of chemistry and friendship with their significant others.
On another note, every guy I've ever dated claims that they're picky. Heck, I'm picky. It is our right to have standards - but within reason (unless you're a lead singer of a rock band). You wouldn't want a person who'd date anything that moves.
If anything turns a girl off, it's a man who thinks and acts like they're better than slice bread. A hot man who acts like he can get any girl he wishes - really isn't so hot. If a girl has any confidence in herself and in what she can offer, she'd turn away from a man who thinks too highly of himself. Why? There's simply no room for 2.
Depends on what you mean by too picky. Does he require exactly 1 teaspoon of sugar for his wheaties or picky like he wants me to pick up my socks? My Ex is a huge and I mean huge nerd. He was anal. I still loved him for him and I kinda loved that about him. So, no if you have that connection with someone you can look over their faults. Part of being in love. I accepted him for him. He is the dumb one. He lost out on a great girl.
Well. Let me just give you a list of major turn-offs. 1) Disgusting habits. Like passing gas and burping insanely loud 2) Lying. Girls like honest guys. I mean obviously there's times that people have to lie, but you should know when to and when not to. 3) Cheating. Um duh. 4) Not calling. Well, I think every girl can agree with me when their boyfriend/guy friend does not call them after they said that they would. It pisses us off. 5) Not talking. This is my personal biggest turn off. When a guy doesn't talk much and they are really quiet (this is different than just being shy). Their personality is just this way. I hate that!

Not a so fancy resturaunt, where we can talk deeply. After wards a nice time-taken walk on the beach.Wearing a skirt that is knee high and a shirt that low cut but not too low cut and when it becomes a little chilly my date would put his jacket around me.It begins to rain and out of no where my date kisses me,both our faces turn red,he drives me home and with a simple kiss goodnight, I go inside.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
That I am loving, a good listener, someone he can trust, someone he willknow will always be there for him.
