If it is the sexual stuff you want to slow down then instead of being alone all the time go out with friends and try to stay away from the bedroom as much. IF you feel like you are falling to fast [don't end the relationship. Because if you do things usually don't work out when you get back together. ] just tell her that you want to only spend like a day together a week or so instead of how much you do spend together and tell her why you think you should do that.
