If I want to be happy the rest of my life should I make an ugly woman my wife?
Will she cook my meals on time? Will she always give me a piece of mind?
Should I not care if her eyes don't match? Do you think she'll be a better catch?
Update: Well that's what the song says I was just wondering what people thought about it. I've had people, both men and women, tell me to take that advice. So I am a little curious to know what others think about it.

Omg, I'm reading some of these answers, and it seems as if no one has a brain. I do agree with the ones who say no, you should be in love with a person to get married, I mean DUHHH dumbass, of course you do, she's only gonna be the one you wake up next to for the rest of your life. And the other ones are just a waste of time, most of the people who commented on this question are seriously gonna be unhappy, and that makes me laugh cause they will probably end up with someone who is hideous looking. And who still won't cook them meals. Lol. Good luck dude!

In order to be happy you should make a good woman your wife. then regardless of what she looks like you'll be happy whether she's smokin' hot or humble and homely.

Firstly why would you make an ugly woman your wife. EVER!?. When a person marries they marry someone who they think is the most beautiful thing in the world regardless of whether the person is hideous, in their eyes they are the most beautiful. If you think your wife is ugly it means you don't love her. And if you don't love how she looks how can you imagine kissing her, waking up to her every morning!? How could you possibly be happy!? That is what I think.
Being ugly doesn't necessarily mean she'll make you happy, she'll cook your meals, etc . It's still all about the woman . As to whether she will make you happy is not up to her looks .
And besides, if that woman really likes you .
I'll bet she'll do anything to make you happy . =)
If you want to be happy the rest of your life, find someone that makes you happy. Its as simple as that. She will be attractive to you (no matter what anyone else thinks), you will love her personality, you will love everything about her, you will love her. And of course everyone has there bad traits, but if you love them, those things don't matter at all.

Hey that's not nice. Why would you assume that just because a woman is ugly (the same woman who might be pretty to someone else), will be so grateful to have you that she'll do all this for you just because she's "ugly"? It has nothing to do with looks, it's all about personality. If a woman, no matter how beautiful or unattractive she is, wants to, she will love you or use you as she pleases.
No because looks mean nothing when it comes to ugly girls and pretty girls there are plenty of both that won't serve you hand and foot and plenty that will.
You're not serious are you?! Being ugly or beautiful has nothing to do with being able to cook a decent meal- let alone having it prepared "on time". What's that all about any way? Do you want a spouse or a servant? Just saying!

It shouldn't be about spotting an ugly woman and saying "Will you be my wife? ". Ya you owe it to yourself to be happy. But think about even some ugly women have qualities that you are not looking for. Her eyes don't need match its about deep inside a person that you can find their true qualities. There is a ton of women out there that are waiting for a man like you that are both ugly and beautiful. So my question where have you been meeting your women?
