Ok, say you are dating a girl. You have known each other for almost a year and dating for two months. There is this other girl that you have known for a little longer than your girlfriend, you two were ok friends but didn't talk a lot. Who would you chose between your girlfriend and the other girl? I ask this because this guy I was/am dating said that he would choose this other girl over me because he knew her longer.

All depends on the feelings that are involved. Since he knows the girl longer he will feel more comfortable. Since he will have a history. I would proabably say the same thing but again it depends on the interactions between the people involved.
