Women, lets say I am famous, you come up to my room, do you think I expect sex?

It's not rape because she didn't say no. Period. She's probably just salty you didn't call her back.

A woman like that is not very mature and it is crazy if she agrees to go to your room, have sex and then file a law suit.

Though a woman that moves this fast and has that low of a maturity level is bound to do anything whether it is right or wrong, and you should be prepared for anything if you choose to invite this into your life.

No it wouldn't be fair to file charges because she did go to the room. She did have a choice to decline, but even though she didn't if at one point inside the room she changed her mind & voiced that she changed her mind, its another story.

When you barely know someone and they ask you to come over to their room or house for a drink ya I will probably have that thought that he wants to sleep with me. So I won't go. Being hot and famous has nothing to do with it. Its more of your actions and thoughts that a woman may think that you just want sex. If you were this hot famous guy and you asked me to have a drink with you at your home, I would probably suggest another place first and then if things are mutual they can lead to going to your home.

If a guy asks me to come up to his room for a drink, let's be honest, we know what's on his mind. So, a girl's gotta know what she's getting into when she goes up to a guy's room with him, famous or no.

After that, it gets kinda iffy. It's bad that Famous Dude didn't actually get her to say yes, and it's bad that he had sex with her when she didn't want it, but if she really wanted him to stop, she would say so. After all, men aren't mind readers. Heck, half the time some men don't even think you want to stop if you -say- to stop, let alone if you're just thinking it. And, if you consented at the time but regret it later, that's a mistake on your part, not rape. So, I would say this is unfair and an exploitation of your sex partner's wealth and fame in an attempt to get some of that wealth and fame for yourself.

Look at this way, is there any evidence? Did she get a "rape kit"? If not, then all you have to say is "if the rubber don't fit, you must aquit!" Like an etch-a-scetch after you shake it, never happened!

First of all you have to realize that all women are crazy. And then you have to understand that if you're rich people want your money. And people will do a lot for money.

Also you don't "have sex" and then decide you don't want to. Or don't want sex and have sex. Unless you dropped rufies in her drink its not rape.

Another thing to keep in mind is that since you are so hot and famous and know so many cool people you got to be careful.

It amazes me when these cases hit the press and the defense lawyers go digging into the girl's past and find psych records. Really? You mean she had issues? Of course she did. Any girl who actually wants to AND MAKES THE EFFORT to track down and get nailed by a celeb, has some issues.

So I think that adds an angle - knowing there's a high probability that there's something wrong with her mentally leaves the celeb in dubious moral territory.

As a general notion, though, seems like the girl should know what's desired and might happen. Like hanging out with the 'Huskers during Tom Osborne's days as coach - you know you might get raped or beaten senseless - so maybe stay away from the football team?

Nothing is fair when it comes to love and war. Is it fair, no, but in this day and age where the rich and famous are just as much prey as predator, you better protect yourself because you have more to lose.

If there is /any/ ambiguity about the intentions or in her about what is about to transpire, let it go. If you are hot and famous, I am sure there are plenty of willing women who would want to take her place so why take chances?
