Okay, It is now March 2008. I met a guy that is 2 years older than me around July 2007. From then, he has liked me but he wasn't really my type.
But I always talked to him. He got girlfriends and I got boyfriends in that time. We stopped talking in around November, I got in trouble no cell phone or anything. It was taken off me.
He is definitely older and more mature and I see that. He doesn't get in fights or arguments over stupid things or anything. If you have ever seen the movie The Notebook, He has the personality of Noah. He won't say much but when he does. He really means it.
Around 3 weeks ago I told him I liked him, too and he was really happy and everything but he didn't ask me out.
Then I started talking to an ex boyfriend and we were hanging out again but we got in a fight and stopped talking really soon after. In the meantime, this kid that likes me was like " So you already don't like me and I didn't even get the chance to ask you out? " And he was mad for about a week and for 2 weeks we have been in a pretty good relationship ( just friends. )
He is always nice to me, and if he's in a bad mood; he usually just tries avoiding me so that I stay happy. But I really really like him. And he told me like a week ago that He has loved me since summer and I broke his heart when I said that I didn't like him anymore. But I don't think he understands that I still do like him.
I tell him I love him, and he tells me the same but WHAT DO I DO?
I was going to ask him for like 10 minutes just to talk about stuff. And tell him that I like him a lot ( more than a friend obviously ) and see what happens.
But I don't know what I should do.
This whole thing kills me and its really complicated.
ANY ADVICE WILL HELP!

From the sounds of things, you need to cool off for a bit. You need to back off, and be single for a bit. You seem to be too interested in guys, and you're like a fat kid in a candy store. You need to know what you want, and be picky.
The reason this guy got mad, is because he saw you with your ex and figured you were back together. From a guys perspective, when I see a girl that dates or is physical with a bunch of girls, it throws up a red flag. It doesn't matter how good looking she is. A good guy doesn't want a girl who dates a different guy every week. When I see this, I know the girl has low self esteem, is slutty, or doesn't know what she wants, or a combination of the three.
If you really want to get a good guy, you need to back off, slow things down, and not make guys the center of your world. I know it sucks being single, but you can really find out who you are.
But when you tell this guy you really like him, and then the next day start hanging out with your ex, I would be pissed too. You're playing the entire board, you want it all. And it doesn't work like that with relationships. If the roles were reversed, you would be mad too. And to be honest, doesn't matter how cute you are, but if that's the way you're going to be, I wouldn't waste my time with you. Because chances are, you would get bored with me after a week and go for a different guy, and my heart would be left on the pavement.
What can I do to make him know I'm serious now? And I don't have a new guy every week.. my ex just started talking to me again. PLEASE help - 10 months ago

I wasn't implying that you have a new guy every week. But there are some girls who can't be single, and it really does drive away good guys. You need to decide what you want and be patient. - 10 months ago
