I have a friend and we always hang out with each other. We have met for about half a year. Recently, he keeps teasing me and tries to make me angry. Sometimes, he praises me, and then after that he insults me. One thing is, when ever there are guys talking to me, on msn or facebook, he always asks who they are. Never asks me about girl friends though.
A few days ago, he, being childish and mischievous, sent by msn to another guy friend of mine saying that I like him(my guy friend) and I think he is hot. Do guys do such irritating stuff when they like a girl? What does he want from me seriously. This is not the first time, maybe the second or third time these two months!
One other thing is that he LOVES to poke me and try to scare me. When we are sitting together watching a movie, we sit close to each other, touching shoulders, sometimes he rests his head lightly on my shoulder for a few seconds, but that's about it.
I really don't know what he wants from me. Like friendship? Or is he trying to tell me something. I find this hard to tell because he is very comfortable around girls in general. So, do guys do this to their crushes at all?
Well, I think it really depends on the type of guy he is. I personally wouldn't do this, but I know of a couple people who do. To me it DOES sound like he is trying to flirt with you,. I think the only way you can find out for sure is if you kiss him. I would suggest doing it in a joking manner so that if he actually doesn't like you in that way, you can always pass it off as a joke. (Example: Put on an exaggerated amount of lip-stick and pretend your going to get it all over his face. )
When you kiss him he is going to have one of the following reactions: He DOESN'T like you when. 1) He pulls back and his expression is either nervous, awkward, or offended. 2) He pushes you back and turns his head away, then he tells you to stop in a serious voice. 3) Basically anything where his expression is either nervous, awkward, or offended.
He DOES like you when. 1) He lets you kiss him. 2) He tries to get away, but in a playful manner (Keep chasing him until you get him) 3) He kisses you back
I like my example, but you can go about this however you want, maybe even get more creative. I hope you get the answer you want and I also wish you the best of luck.
