Met this guy 4 mos ago. It started out as casual talk in groups. He remembers everything I say and makes reference to them later. He constantly asks me questions about me. Lately, I touched him by "accident" on the hand while I directed him to his drink on the table. He came from behind me and massaged my shoulders in order for him to get by me. I "accidentally" touched the side of his waist during conversation. I went and stood by the fire and he ended upcoming and standing next to me the rest of the night in group and one on one conversation. He came back from the bathroom only to massage my shoulders again to get by me to stand next to me again. I have grown to really like this guy and we hit it off and are extremely comfortable with one another. But, am I reading his signals wrong? What should my step be? What is saying to me with his signals?
Update: The next time I saw him was at a meeting. after meeting he came to me alone and talked about some certain things. He would put his arms around my waist/hug. At the end he held me and kissed me on cheek and I kissed him on the neck. 'what should I think now

Unless he's gay, seems like he's into you. I for one have to make a lot of effort to remember what someone says, even my girlfriend, so the fact that you have no relationship but he remembers things is a huge sign.
As for the shoulder rubs and whatnot, well I'm not in your age group so I don't know what's normal behavior for that kind of thing, but at my age that would also be a big sign.
He wants you, it's completely obvious from a third person perspective. You should give him your number and ask him to call you. If he does, your in (I want to make a sexual innuendo here, but I wont).
If he doesn't, well, maybe something else is going in his life, like a wife~
He works for any 3 days/week at the hotel reception, I work at the restaurant only on weekends. I never noticed him until he confronted me on a tram...
