This is audience and purpose - boys are your audience and attracting them is your purpose, right - So it all starts with a smile - that's the welcome sign so he can come and talk to you. Or at least it should be. If he doesn't budge, then you got to put yourself in a position, so that he can "bump into you" somewhere - like walking through a doorway, so it puts you two in kinda close, and just say "hey"and see if he starts talking to you. If he doesn't then you have to try using some sarcasm, to see if he has a sense of humor, or brush past him and nudge him, to make him look at you, and give him a smile and say something like "oops, sorry," then wait a little bit and put yourself back in position to talk to him.

If you smile and then try to say "hi" and then somehow bump into him, and he doesn't get the point, then he is missing a big hint.

EYE CONTACT. Making eye contact will definitely get you noticed.

The way that has always worked for me is to kinda just act like one of the guys and fit in with a group of guys and try to enjoy the same things they do! The only thing besides that is that you need to still stick out as a girly girl while acting like one of the guys! For me I started getting interested in pool and darts and hanging out at bars and then one night I played pool against this really hot guy and turned out we started doing some guy things together and now he's my fiance!
