So there is this girl that I really like and can't get her out of my head I wanna ask her out but I can't tell if she into me or not . We work together and we flirt a lot at work . And on the weekends we hang out at either her house or mine . Usually with a few of our friends . Certain days she's very talkative to me and others not so much . When I come over to her house she is always dressed up and looking extra hot . It seems like she's waiting for me to ask her out but I'm afraid because if she don't like me I don't want her to fell weird around me . Any advice ?
Since you usually hang out with a group of friends maybe you could ask her to do something a little more one on one but still as friends and see how she responds . Confidence (not too cocky though) is almost always a turn on and will automatically improve your chances .
Unfortunately, rejection is always a possibility when asking anyone out . I feel you should take the chance and ask her out . Make sure you go somewhere that you can hold a conversation with her to see if there's dating potential between the two of you . As for the fear of rejection: suck it up and go for it .
