Some random guy just approached me and ask me if I knew this guy that I just met a month ago. I said yes then he introduced himself as a friend of that guy and asked a few things about me. Then he said that the guy I knew had talked about me to him. After that he told me that if I needed anything I could talk to him anytime.? My question is what do you think that means?

Maybe the other guy thinks you are cool and wants to hang out ad is nervous? It doesn't sound like you and him know each other all too well so he probably doesn't like you just because he doesn't know you. He might think you are pretty and want to get to know you better.
