I gave a guy I like a present and all he did was get this aww look on his face, say thank you, gave me a high five, said you're the woman, and then as I'm walking away he says as a matter of fact I'm going to put it on my keys right now and I said well I should hope so, then I just left. Later on I was walking down the hall and he was waiting to talk to a teacher and he was facing my direction and he always says hi, so I'm walking by with a huge smile and looking at him and he's just staring past me with a smile on his face so I walk past him and then he turns around and says hi how you doing really quick and he's just staring at me with this smile and I say good how you doing and he stutters twice and says I'm doing good then the teacher walks out of her room and he gets this worried look on his face and looks back and forth at the both of us and then he just starts talking to her and I just walked away confused because of the way he acted. The whole thing was just weird because it seemed like he was hiding something and he seemed nervous which he's never been that away around me. Could that have meant that he might like or be interested in me or is that the way all guys act when they get a present?
It sounds like he's interested and maybe felt like you busted him in his dreamy state. It also sounds like he didn't want you to walk away and didn't want to be rude by cutting off the conversation with you to talk to the teacher. And maybe didn't want to make it obvious to the teacher that he likes you.
