He must think your cute when your talking, or he's trying to flirt with you.

I think it means that he likes you and maybe he likes you to be his girlfriend or he likes you to be a good friend or he enjoys spending time with you but either way your on his good list lol

Either means he likes you or is just being nice. Most likely he likes you imo
