She seems to look towards me when she's kinda spaced out and she doesn't really take notes because I saw that her notebook just had drawings I don't know what to do, can anyone help me?
Well first of all you have to know if she has a girlfriend/boyfriend. Then when the teacher's not looking ask her for her notebook, if she sits right next to that is. Then you ask are you single? Then you might want to ask, if yes, would you go out with me? But I tend to be like that at some points, ehehe. But that is what I would want a guy to do if I was staring at him in class spaced out, and drawings on my notebook. I tend no to take notes and stare like that.
Do you like her? If you do just make small talk with her. If you don't and her possibly staring (which probably isn't so much at you necessarily) doesn't bother you then just ignore it.
I do like her and I do talk to her a little bit, maybe I should comment on her artwork

Perfect! Anything to start a conversation with her works. If you start to get a feeling she likes you too, then she probably is staring at you. Try to meet her eyes. Watch her reaction and then you'll know for sure. - 9 months ago

In that case go back to starting a conversation with her. Use her words to see if she likes you and maybe even flirt a little. Get her to respond to you in some way. Ask her out to lunch or something. Keep it light though and on the friend level for now. - 9 months ago

Well at least you know what you want and are not willing to compromise yourself. Some women find that very attractive. Other then that, better luck next time:) - 9 months ago
Number one your in academia and there are only a few good things to come out of higher education, meeting chicks and getting hammered. You can sit next to her don't make it obvious, then talk to her, but you have to get her to notice you without you trying to come on to her
Start up some small talk with her, asking her what she's been drawing would be a good one. If she likes you, she'll be excited to talk to you, and you should have fairly easy conversation.
Don't worry about it, she's nervous as hell too, or will be once you start talking to her.
