How long does this look usually last? More than a couple of seconds then that's a good sign, you won't really know till you make the first move. Next time that happens smile back at her then see what her response is.

Well I've learned that when a girl does that it means she doesn't like to be stared at and is showing it. But one way to know when a girl likes you is look down at your watch and when you think she is staring look up at her quickly and by reaction of panic she will look at her wrist even if she isn't wearing a watch.
I think that she is thinking about you if you have eye contact several times with her over 30 minutes or so, then unless you are staring at her, there is probably something there. You will never know unless you go and talk to her, so that is your next step.
