I have a guy-friend who I'm rather close to and who I kinda have a crush on. When I'm talking to him he calls me a lot of 'pet names' like: love, m'lovely, m'dear, bebz.

Is he just a close friend, or is there the possibility that he likes me more than he lets on?

It sounds like he might like you more than friends but most guys do flirt with girls even if they don't like them like that. I think that you should just try to ignore it and try to move on in life.
