There's this guy that I assumed did not like me, yet on my way to class he deliberately steps away from his locker to either cut in front of me or walk right past me. It happen three times every time I'm going to class, but I only thought it was coincidence. On another day he walks down the hall where my class is, yet he never goes down that hallway. So, am I just being paranoid, or is trying to get my attention?
Watch yourself, don't overreact. Many times in school the frequency with which you see someone can lead you to different thoughts, some of which are rational, some of which are not. From what you have said, you are just noticing him, I don't get that he is noticing you as you might like. Communication is the key, try just saying "hi" to him if you get the opportunity, and gauge his response.
There are countless reasons that he may have been in that part of the school, only of which a few have to do with you. Without communication, don't assume anything. If he was trying to get your attention, then he would communicate. If you still have doubts, try being the one to make the first move. The worst that can happen is that you creep him out, and you realize that he isn't stalking you.
