This guy asked me out last year. He said "wat would you say if I asked you out" but he was laughing and he's known to be a giant flirt with girls and I normally just sit there and do my work so I don't see y he'd ask me out. I told him no because I thought he was making fun of me or something and it didn't seem to bother him but lately I've been wondering if maybe he was serious cause since then, he seems to be kinda nice and looks at me some times and but nothing else and its bothering me cause this year he's in 2 of my classes and I've felt bad about it all year.
Update: I saw him a couple days ago (he lives nearby) over spring break. today me and my friend r going to "walk the dog" over there and I'm gonna try aditya's idea. thx :D

Definitely flirting. But the feelings can be genuine too. How do you feel on being sarcastic, you know this actually gets you through the fix you are in. And if it turns out to be just a scam; it not only gets you out but gives you a clean and equal leverage over the guy.
