Do guys touch girls even if they're not interested in them?

My guess is yeah he likes you, if I like a girl I always touch them playfully, tickling them, poking them, picking them up or something along those lines.

I would say he definitely likes you. Touching implies a certain familiarity that you don't have with everyone. You must be giving him the right signals, or he wouldn't do this.

I think you can confidently assume that he's interested in you because if guys sees a girl as a good friend or a younger sister he wouldn't massage her or mess with her hair. We would do the things like smack her butt or poke her but not the ones mentioned earlier. Unless he's gay haha

Some guys are more physical then other, I would say he is trying to get your attention but it could be that he just wants a physical relationship , because smacking a girls ass tends to be disrespectful , if he had feelings he would maybe spend more time one on one with you , or look at you in a certain romantic way , but the whole touching thing tells me he just wants to get his groove on.
