So I really like this guy after he at first started liking me. But I don't know If still he likes me back. So today I was walking with his friend and he happen to be walking the opposite direction so he was facing us. I looked at him and he saw me and he started to look down at his feet and pretend that his looking at the wall or his sides or at the ground. So does that mean he likes me?

Oh yeah. He saw you and got nervous. Big hint right there. The reason he put his head down and looked around was because you were walkin with another guy and he didn't want to feel awkward. Trust me he likes you. Typical reaction.
He got nervous *hint* hint* He's probably still into but felt awkward because you we're with another guy and deiced not to come over and talk to you. Just go with. Talk to him and flirt with him. Let him know that your interested in him.
