I don't think flirting is a "bad" thing, because it's so natural to do it anyways, but there is a point where you have to draw the line. I would tell you to turn down the amount that you flirt and only do it with guys that you have any sexual/relationship tension for. But to flirt with every guy, and especially those that are your "friends" isn't a good idea. - A minute ago

If I had to pick a one word answer, it would be "yes. " I think most guys take flirting more serious than girls do. There's nothing wrong with laughing/teasing, just be careful you don't get the guy too involved or he'll think you're after him (unless that's what you were after in the first place. Then go for it, just so long as it isn't annoying).
