I met this guy through a friend of mine and we will text back and forth on occasion but not every day. He is kind of in the same position as I am in..not knowing what we want exactly when it comes to a relationship or being single. We both agree we want to have fun and just not plan anything (let life happen as it should). We do joke about sexual things and I am very open when it comes to talking about things (always have been) and we have joked around about making out and things but we both stayed at our friends house and slept in the same bed on Halloween night and talked but he didn't try to make any moves at all! I'm not complaining because it is respectful and shows he is actually kind of shy in person! I had a hangover and had to get up a few times in the middle of the night and when I would come back to bed he would ask if I was ok. Also, what I forgot to mention was after he and my friends fiancé dropped us off uptown to celebrate Halloween he sent me a text message saying "OH and PS you looked good tonight!" and later on asked if we were having fun. I rarely ever text him first, it's usually him texting me...so my question is maybe stupid but do you think he's possibly interested or likes me? He stayed at our friends house all day on Sunday and I did too, he also sent a text msg while he was upstairs after the shower joking that it would be a good time for a "butt naked hug" lol and when I did go up there jokingly he had clothes on and looked shocked to see me and smiled lol...so what's up please tell me your opinions!
Update: Oh...he is 27 and I am 25...so we're not kids lol

Not making a move while laying in bed never means that a guy is shy at the age of 27 especially. I never do the 1st time either because it's better to see signs from a woman that she want's something nowadays... Especially with all the stories you hear about people getting in trouble with psycho females..
I think he's into you pretty hard but, Jjust make sure you text him 1st sometimes, because guys like to get the good feelings back that they've been consistently giving. Otherwise he will lose interest if this becomes a long term thing and he's still texting 1st most of the time because it becomes lame if he's not feeling good in return.

Lol you won't look like anything!. He'll enjoy it and things will get somewhere a little faster. Just kind of take turns in your head with him. Like you started it today so let him start it tomorrow or the next day he texts then it will be your turn after that..
