There is this guy I like and he has been going out with this chick for about 4 months and I have told him twice that I liked him(well his little bro. Did) and well when his little bro asked him if he liked me he said no cause he has a girlfriend! Well what's that suppose to mean? He flirts with me a lot but its just so confusing!

You need to move on. It is a lose/lose situation for you. If he stays with her, you lose, and if he leaves her for you, then you lose, because it shows what kind of a guy he is. Do you really want a guy that will leave a girl for another one? If a guy will leave his girlfriend for you, he will leave you for another girl. Do yourself a favor and move on, to a guy WITHOUT A GIRLFRIEND!
