Just talk to a girl for a while until you feel like you've developed a somewhat friendly relationship. Then you can kindly say before either of you leave, "Well I really enjoyed spending time with you. I'd like to keep in touch. May I have your number? " Give her yours in return. If you don't feel like it's the appropriate time to ask for her number, ask for her email address (or even MySpace if you have one). That way you can keep in touch. Let you relationship grow and ask her for her number.
Whatever you do. Don't come right out and ask it. Make sure the relationship is friendly enough so she isn't freaked out. =P
Sometimes girls will just give you their number. Or try giving your number to her first. Just smile kindly and stare into her eyes momentarily. Hopefully she'll say "Well here's my number. " After a few second if she doesn't, politely ask her for hers. =]
After I've met a girl and made her laugh and what not I'll be like, "hey it was cool talking to you. " She'll be like , "yeah I liked talking to you too. " Then I'll say, "I'm gonna call you up sometime, give me your number. " And that's it. I don't really ask for numbers as I'm not the type of guy to ask. I'll tell a girl to give me her number (in a nice way of course, not demanding), she'll give me her number and then she'll ASK for mine.
Well after you introduce your self and make a friend, don't ask can I get your number. ask whats your number.. or hey id like to call you sometime whats your number.. because here is the thing if you ask a yes or no question the most likely answer is no. so when you want something ask a question they can't say no to. good?
Spoken like a true salesman! I completely agree. Rephrasing the question in a way which eliminates the yes/no answer is much more likely to leave her with only one option: giving you the number.
