Ok so I posted this before but I can't find it lol. Sorry
I like a guy and I think he likes me? We don't speak but when we see each other we just look at each other straight in the eye until he completely walks past he rises his voice when he knows I'm near. But the thing I don't get is why hasn't he asked for my number is it because I'm always with a parent? And he doesn't get the chance? Hellpp

That's what happens to me. He's probably just shy and can't work up the courage. I think if you like him and you think he likes you, take an initiative and ask him out. He's probably waiting to see if you like him.
