I really need to let this girl know how I feel about her but its harder than it sounds. She seems to like me one week but not the next and right now I honestly can't tell if she wants to be with me or if she wants me to back off so that she doesn't hurt me.
I'm 95% sure that she knows that I like her but I'm not sure if she likes me back. When I ask her to go places with me or to dance with me, she does but afterwards acts exactly the same around me as she did before.
I really want to just plain out tell her that I like her but I'm also at a point in my life when everything is going wrong so I don't think that I could handle a rejection from her. How do you think that I can find out for sure if she likes me or not and what is the best way for me to tell her my feelings for her?
I don't think there's a better way than to find out for yourself by talking to her about it. It's possible that she's shy too, I'm older than you and I'm still really shy around guys I like and find it hard to 'make moves' to get closer.
You should tell her the way you feel. It seems to be a problem, but if you tell her the way you feel, she might feel the same way, but has a different way of showing it.
