Dude likes you ill style, he just don't know how to say it. He probably doesn't wanna sound like a moron so he does little things to let you know he likes you. Step to him and say somethin. Just keep it real.

Don't git weireded out if he says somethin dumb like "I don't like you like that". When guys are young, thet are know for sending madd mixed signals because they're learning how to be young "Macks". In other words, they don't know how to be smooth with it so they revert back to childish ways.

He does definantly like you he just can't muster up the guts, or the words to say it. He's sending out his little signals like the tickling you, and the shirt thing, and the hugs. I'd probably ask him through a text or over IM. haha. I don't understand the tickling other girls around you if he truly likes you. If he tells you he likes you though just make sure you ask why he tickles the other girls.

Those are all ways for him to try and cop a feel without asking you out and standing a chance of getting rejected. He is sexually attracted. Doesn't mean he wants to be your boyfriend, but he likes touching you.
