I've know this guy since 6th grade, he's amazing, I like him a lot, and I've liked him forever. He's in one of my classes and we say next to each other and he would always sorta flirt with me. He's knows I like him, but he won't ever give me an answer if he likes me back, I just says that he can't tell me or that he doesn't know. Even though everyone else says there's like a 90% chance that he likes me, I think he doesn't, and he just doesn't want to hurt my feelings. What's going on?

Well,hes not sure. "sure" its self all ready defines that he might like you and he is just afraid that if he says yes it will ruin the friendship. Also, if the chances are 90% then that must be a sign that he likes you.
