How much does attraction matter?

I wouldn't date a girl that I'm not attracted to. But at the same time, looks aren't the only thing I'm looking for. If I'm looking at a girl to date, I look at her morals, her personality, her goals and what she wants to do with her life. Those are just as important as looks when it comes to dating for me.

Yes. For guys physical attraction is the first thing to get noticed.

Just because a woman is good-looking, that doesn't mean that she is dating material. Personality is what matters in relationships.

Would a lot guys want to have sex based solely on physical attraction? Yes.

Looks will catch my eye, but only personality can catch my interest. Without a good personality, a girl might as well have three heads. She's just not attractive.

Attraction does not mean an automatic date. It's great to be attracted to a guy, but if he doesn't have the personality, then there is no point for a date. I think a very attractive guy with no personality might be great to look at, but that's about it, a little eye candy. Ideally you would have a guy with both, looks and personality, but I'd rather have the latter.

Physical attraction is LUST. Personality is what "connects" or brings that spark. I have met plenty of good looking guys with no personality, extremely arrogant, have no idea how to speak to people etc. Personality is KEY.

If the personality is not there, all attraction is lost.
