It's a long story how we meet. It was at a track meet. I talked to him only once. But other than that, I get this feeling like a knife is churning slowing near my heart. I'M SO SCARED!
He goes to a different school, on a military base, just 35 minutes away from my town. He was around a lot of boys. I saw his friends whisper to him about " Talk to her," or what to do. I told him hello and good luck. I forgot whatever I also wanted to say, because I never dated before. He told me hi and thanks. And I got nervous and embarrassed, so I walked away.
I told my friends that I wanted to talk to him, but I couldn't build the strength to go back to him. My friend was dragged me halfway to him, midsection of the track. And my friend's boyfriend threatened to pick me up and carry me to him. A boy from his school told me he was shy. We will meet again at my school for a track meet. I want to be straight-forward and try to befriend him. And see where that leads.
It depends, He was probably happy due to the fact you were into him and he obviously knows that. But he might think you are a little afraid and "clicky" so it might give him second thoughts. But if you go straight to him, no friends, the next meet, he'll totally dig the courage and interest, as long as he isn't super shy and tries to get away lol, but I'm sure he won't. Hope I helped!
How would he think that I'm "clicky"? What is your definition of clicky? Are you referring to cliques? Because at my school, I'm not in a clique. I'm 14, and his school is on the military base in Kansas; it's on Fort Leavenworth. I don't want to intimidate him so thanks for your input. Thank you for your honest, genuine advice.
