It's simple. Walk up to her, tell her your name, nice to meet you and ask to buy her a drink.

For high energy bars and clubs I like Mehow's social opener:

"Heeeyyyyy! You guys look like fun!"


My variation of that which gives plausible deniability:

Me: "Heeeeyyy! You with the party too?"
Hotties: "Um, no."
Me: "Doesn't matter. You guys look like fun!"


If it's a lower energy place or during the day going direct can work well:

Me: "Hi. I saw you from across the bar and thought you were completely adorable. I knew I'd kick myself later if I didn't meet you. I'm ____."
