Sure sounds like he likes you. Most guys won't do this with friends. As you said, if you're the only one he does this with then that's a good sign that he's flirting with you a little. A good way to see if he likes you is to see if he mimics your movements. Say you rub your nose or put your hand on your chin, he will most likely do the same thing if he likes or do something similar. Also, if you stand next to him, scoot closer and if he doesn't move back, then that's also a good sign that he's comfortable around you.
