Ok so I was never in this situation before so I truly need your help!

There's this guy in my science class and we sometimes joke about how we have a baby together. Aka his basketball. (Long story) xP He's totally cute and I bet a lot of girls have a crush on him!

Everytime I see him He asks for a hug, he's very tall I can never reach his neck!

The first time he asked for a hug he hugged me two times!
the other times were normal and the last time we hugged I tried wrapping my arms around his neck because the other times I didn't and he put his hand on my butt.
Yep but the problem is that he always hugs me at school in front of all the people but he never hugs me when my friends are around except that last time.
my friend was with me and she told me that he gave her a "dirty look" like why is she there :S

Then We talked together on facebook and he told me that he's moving to costa rica (i don't know where that is but it sounds far. I live in canada) and he sent a wink so I freaked out and I said whyy? Where? When? I was so freaked out and sad and he's like "why would you care if I leave ;)" well yep I didn't know what to say! :S

And and it was his birthday on saturday so I couldn't see him but I said happy birthday to him on facebook and he said "thnx boobu :)" what does that mean?!?!
I really need help because I really like this guy

He's hitting on you, and costa rica is in California, well he sounds like he's sending signs at least, and since your cool with him touching your butt and all haha go for it
