Guys what are your advices for girls to make the first move?

1st ALWAYS be yourself.
Don't pose as something that you're not. Let him know from the beginning what type of girl he is getting.

2nd get him talking...once you get him talking, he'll eventually open up, and feel like he can tell you anything. I know this seems like the friendship approach, but its not as long as you do things to keep your self girlie in his eyes.

3rd Do not throw yourself at him! You will get dismissed fast. & We don't like that. Sure we like the attention in the beginning but it gets very annoying. Plus later down the he'll be trying to avoid you.

4th let him know you do think he is cute. Don't go all out...Even if you think he's a for-sure hottie!

5th Be Yourself! Remember not to accept just anything from him.
