At the beginning of the year this guy was crushing on me so bad. He invited me to concerts, movies, study groups, and more! It was flattering but I just didn't return the feelings. Eventually he seemed to get over it but now he's majorly crushing on my best friend. Is he trying to get me jealous or does he really like my friend or do guys get restless and jump from girl to girl.

It's hard to say why, but it sounds like he gave up on you. That, or he genuinely is more attracted to your friend instead. Did he know the two of you at the same time, or did he only become aware of her until recently?
