He is my best guy friend. We lived around each other on a bus for 3 months, so I know him quite well. I like him. But I live on the other side of the country. Now I'm going to be at his college this fall. I want to figure out weather he likes me, but he's confusing!

He tickles me until we are rolling around on the floor, teases me by sending the song "Sexy Back" to my profile after I get a new haircut, always shows that he cares about me, listens to everything I say, holds me close, gives me massages, buys me smoothies or lunch etc.
But he mentioned that he likes me just as a friend a few months ago before I knew we were going to be attending the same college and he mentions when he thinks other girls are hot on TV when I'm right there. (though he recently said he likes seeing my reaction. ) Some input from guys would be helpful to a really confused girl. Thanks!
