That guy I meet will flirt and try to show to everyone he can talk to me or have me. When I go to his job he shows that he is the best worker make funny jokes with customers and etc. He seems ok but I do not fell comfortable about what I think about him. I'm really naive at time, and when it comes to understand man mind and actions I'm null. He will put is number in my phone in front of everybody in his job. When later he came at my job asking me if I will call I told him will see and he asked for my name and number I told him not in my job sorry. I did call the same day at night but he didn't answer believe me I'm not surprised. The day after I go to his job and he asked me for my number and name again ,before I give him both I told him I do not play I do not have time for this and he said me neither. I'm not suprised he did call. I'm used to this when man ask a number and not call just to make us wonder does he likes me or not.
My questions are:
- why man will wait few days or week to call?
-why will they ask a number and not call at all? They make us fell so mad and they look more insecure to our eyes by their actions ,we do not want to give our numbers anymore
_what is the best way to give our number and take his or to give and wait weeks?
-If they call after week or days do that mean they want to play?
-Should we consider more a man who call the same day and ignore the other one who try to show I do not like you by doing the call a week later?
- why man will wait few days or week to call? Yes if he's nervous on what to say, but that guy doesn't sounds like a nervous person when it comes to girl.

They make us fell so mad and they look more insecure to our eyes by their actions ,we do not want to give our numbers anymore Nervous could be one reason, other could be he doesn't want to rush things and scare you away, a lot of guys scared to lose "the girl" before he even get a chance to know her because of rushing.
_what is the best way to give our number and take his or to give and wait weeks? Not sure what you mean by the wait weeks bit, there's a lot of ways to give/take someone's number depends if you want to do it seriously, funny or sweet way. Seriously: you could just go up to him and ask and maybe say 1-2 good things, funny: you can act to borrow his phone and ring your own phone then later that night ring him, Sweet: Sweet talk, have lunch/dinner with him and then pop the question while smiling.
-If they call after week or days do that mean they want to play? Not usually, depends on what type of guy he is. If he's one of them player then mostly yes but if he's a busy man it could just mean he only have time by then.

I think a guy who call same day as they met you is more interested in you then a guy who call after a week, or he could be just seeing you as a friend so no need to rush the call or like I said above could be a busy guy.
Wow I'm so surprised to see that you are 18 and could answer to all these questions. Because to me younger man are unable to express their self well no offense just by experience I'm telling.
