If she is a current girlfriend then it probably is best to back off. If he later says she's not current, then why does he carry her photo?

Actually, I agree with what Rafael said - find out if it's his current girlfriend. If he has a girlfriend, he may be bragging because he really likes her and is not interested in anyone else. - 6 months ago
