My crush and I have been talking for a month. We've been flirting with each other for several months, but he finally got enough nerves to actually talk to me a month ago. Now we talk at our workplace as much as possible. He even asks our mutual friend (or co-worker) about me if I am not at our meeting place. I think he likes me, and I know that I am interested in him. The problem is: he hasn't asked for my telephone number. Why? What is taking him so long to ask for my number?

Sometimes a guy has to find out if its more than just work flirt, because it happens. So him asking your mutual friend about you says that he does likes you or at least very interested. At least I know that would be my reason for doing it.
Another thing that got me to know my co-worker liked me is that she started doing some touch flirting and asking more personal stuff about me. So if you aren't giving him strong enough hints , try some of that.
