Why so shy?

Well I'm a pretty shy person so this is pretty obvious to me. How are you so sure she knows she's hott? She could be lacking confidence. Or she could just be shy by nature.

Well its just her personality, she maybe not that confident. I'm the same way too, I've been told I'm pretty and everything and I know it and I'm really shy but its just who I am, I'm just shy like this girl and I'm school girl too. I guess guys are intimidated because I take AP and honors classes and get good grades. This girl you've become interested in dating, well you should approach her and talk to her a lot because she's not going to go after you, because I'm almost like her I think you should try to get her attention and don't be intimidated by her, she's probably a really sweet girl. Even though I know I'm pretty and stuff I'm still reserved, I'm just not talkative and I like it to be peaceful and calm, soo I guess that's how she is, she just not a loud talkative type of girl. Just like the girl below me said your just born with it.
p. S. I was just wondering but are you intimidated by her because she so shy and you feel like she'll reject you? Just wondering.

Being shy can either be something that you are born with or something that you learn. Sometimes its just a girls personality. Or sometimes she may of have some self conscience experiences previously. Maybe she wasn't as pretty as she is now and is just now naturally shy. idk there could be a lot of reasons. I know this one girl who is the prettiest, smarts, most athletic person I have ever met (not that I'm a lesbian or anything:) ) but she is just naturally shy. Just because a person is hot doesn't mean that they will always be outgoing
