I like this guy and he used to show signs and make comments that he was interested in me. Since we have 0 classes together this semester, all we can do it make eye contact when we pass each other. Well today they had a breakfast for the honor roll kids and I was walking their with my friend. My crush and his friend were behind me (but I didn't know it). They were reading the back of my shirt (which said Ramirez because it was a red sox shirt). And I heard his friend say Manny Ramirez. Is that __(my name). And I turned around and my crush was smiling and looking at me. Then he said wow I can't believe you made the honor roll (this was kind of teasingly because I am a good student and always make the honor roll). And I was like haha yep. And he said wow it's amazing or something like that. Is this good? He was teasing me right? That's good isn't it? And he didn't HAVE to say anything to me?
Update: He never made comments where he SAID he was interested in me but the comments he made were flirty. Sorry had to clear that up.

You're reading into this little detail too much. Guys tend to be flirty from time to time, and although he may have a special place in his heart for you, all I would say for certain is that he at least has respect for you and likes you at least as a casual acquaintance.
Well I think he may like you from what you said. So try to ask him out this is all any of you girls have to do is ask the guy out it's that easy. Good luck.
