Hello,
I am 21 working with a bunch of co-workers.

Recently getting very interested in another co-worker. Who is 23.
She has a 1 year old boy.

At first when she got hired I just thought of her as another co-worker. No big deal. She had a boyfriend that she seemed to have a rough relationship with. But one day its like a ran into a brick wall. Boom I just developed a crazy crush on her. I can't explain it really. I asked around and found out that she was. "kinda single" whatever in the hell that is supposed to mean. So I called her out from her work area and asked her if she would be interested in a coffee maybe, she replied with something like, If I show up I do. Haha. So I took the hint and later that day talked to her more and found out this relationship she was in was still going? Or something anyway.

So I took it rough at first, went out of town for a week, then worked for a week and I was standing near the exit when I hear she broke up with her boyfriend 2 weeks ago. Which would line it up with the exact day I asked her and she made it look like she wasn't interested.

But there is more. I've noticed an escalated interaction with her. At first she thought I was hating that she said no. Kinda. So I broke the ice. Again. And showed her that it wasn't a big deal. So now we talk more. Which is awesome and very confusing. But wait there is another guy that keeps dropping by and who she is going camping with on a weekend well. Not with she has a couple of friends going with her. So nothing should happen. I assume. But whenever I am around she emphasizes that he is not her boyfriend, even gave me a fer opportunities to ask her out, so it seems anyway. I was a little slow on picking up on some hints. So never got to use them. I'm not sure if she is just doing this so I don't feel rejected by her and she just wants to keep our work relationship professional, or if she is indeed genuinely interested.

When I walk by her she puts her hand out to give me five. Which I do. :/
compliments me lots.
1 time I was loading the warehouse with a full pallet of freight which fell over, I asked her for her help. (it wasn't that bad I didn't really need her help) but she helped, when the pallet was repacked she stood up and asked me if there was anything else. I wasn't thinking. So I said no that's it but thanks.

But every now and then she asks me: "Why don't you have a girlfriend yet"
I'd love to tell her "Because I'm too in love with you to care about any other girl". Haha, she really wants an answer keeps asking.

Tomorrow is Friday, the day before the weekend that she goes camping on. I hope someone has replied before then, that can help. Because I plan on doing something before that day is out.

Don't know if it's going to be a smart move or not. Because something is telling me to be patient.

Just keep it simple, you dun eat where you shit at.

Leave her alone. If you wanna keep your job. If you date her its matter of time it will back fire on you.

Office romance is #1 job killer in american. Unless you wanna a new job
