I have a crush on a coworker, problem is I don't know how to know if he likes me. We flirt, and we make eye contact, he's sweet, and he does favors for me, and even his friend caught him checking me out not too long ago. He always treats me differently then the other people we work with, and other girls. Example: I was sitting down and he comes up smiling and puts his hoodie on me, and walks off. I know that I may give off mixed signals.. so if he does what should I do? Help is appreciated.
I tend to agree with Ashley. I think this guy is rather taken with you. I'd say pursue it further if you're comfortable with the situation (and him). You might ask him to take his lunch with you, at least a couple of times, and talk and get to know each other there.
The only caveat I would offer is that workplace relationships can cause problems, via gossip by others, if the relationship goes badly, and other such issues. You may or may not care about these things, but just thought I'd mention it.
