I found out he has a girlfriend

Being high does boost a guy's confidence levels...Just as being drunk...Or at least it seems to open them up more, they say things to girls they normally wouldn't but most times it's things they want to say that they are too uptight to say anything to when not under the influence, this applies for alcohol as well...No professionals will tell you I'm wrong...But I'm a guy, and I know I've encountered more females under than not. It seems to break some of that barrier down. That edge. Because it makes you mellow out, your jitters are severely diminished.

Time for some tough love. If you have to ask, you already know the answer. This guy sounds like a jerk and you can do way better. Get out there and start dating. You sound like a great girl. If you start dating you wouldn't even have to ask this question because you had better things to do.

Either way he has a girlfriend so does it matter? If he wasn't high, it means he knew what he was doing. Would you want to be with a guy who went behind his girlfriend's back at a wedding? I wouldn't cause while with them I'd think hey this guy picked me up at a wedding when he had a girlfriend, where else is he picking up when I'm not around. If he was high this doesn't make him any better, who gets high at a wedding and you should be thinking you could do better than a guy who gets high at a wedding. This guy doesn't sound too good. Find someone better.

I think he's a man. And that's what the majority of men do. He might not be happy with his girlfriend. But at least he showed all of this up front. You don't want to mess around with a man who's flirting with someone else and has a girlfriend at the same time. Who's to say if you guys got together, he wouldn't do that to you? Start meeting people who are single. It would work out better for you in the long run :)
