So there is this girl I've liked at work for a few months now. I've noticed a lot of things to know that she's interested (Copies body language, lots of eye contact, smiles, feet faces towards me). Lately the tension has already increased. We smile at each other every time we talk, and we been having flity type fight (we fight over nothing, we laugh will we're doing it). So after all those signs point to yes, she leaves all the time with out me knowing. I want to ask her out but she never says bye to me or mentions hanging out. Plus she's pretty young and I've kinda noticed that she does go out to party a lot.
Update: I haven't really complimented her yet, how do I to convince her more that I like her?

If you want to compliment her, start with little things like telling how nice her shirt is, or if she has changed something in her look, mention it. Usually girls appreciate if guys notice those little things. And if you really think she likes you, go on and ask her to hang out with you sometime. And if you're older than her, you probably have to make the first move if she's a bit shy. But if you don't like her way of life (partying etc.), don't get into anything with her if you can't handle it, it doesn't work out so well then.
